Training Modules:
A holistic approach is adopted which covers the entire spectrum and pertinent elements of each training module.  The courses are comprehensive and are given on a practical "hands-on" basis.  Training is done by firstly explaining each particular topic, which is then demonstrated by making use of a Multimedia presentation. The delegates are then required to do exercises relevant to each topic.  After every exercise the Trainer checks each delegate’s exercise.

ACCREDITATION
In terms of the new Skills Development Act, SETA's (Sector Education & Training Authorities) have been established and Companies are required to register with their relevant SETA in order to be eligible for the training levy rebate.

Konitek Training & Development cc, being innovators of change, has been registered and accredited by the ISETT SETA (former ITITB) in accordance with procedures set by the ETQA concerned.

All training material has been aligned and mapped into the appropriate EUC (End User Computing) Unit Standards in accordance with the NQF outline, and is in line with SAQA's proposed format.
