The chalets are great, setting is beautiful, the fishing is excellent, and it was the perfect place to propose to my girlfriend this past weekend. If I could I would book a chalet every single weekend!!! It is by far the perfect weekend getaway place!

We frequent Brookwood often, especially when the night fishing is on and I can honestly say that it's awesome. Both Dave and his brother Ken have fantastic people skills (and fishing skills) and are always helpful. Brookwood has been around for many years and that says a lot about their people skills. My advice to Melissa is that you learn to cast and fix your own rod if you wanna be a fisherman. Jaco, as said before you're a WOP! Stop complaining....maybe then you'll learn to fish. I agree with Jaco, I recently went to Brookewood and found the owner to have absolutely no people skills, he was just horrid, and should think about hiring someone else to man the front desk - he wasn't even at the desk when we got there and had to wait for him to come. He seemed irratated every time we went to ask him to fix our rod, we will never go there again - he spoilt our time there. From : melissa
Jaco, you need your head read !! I used to frequent the farm almost every weekend, and have never had a bad experience. If you are going to flap off at the mouth like this, at least give people the opportunity to defend their case.
