Make-up & Make-Over's

Photography - Weddings
It is always an honour to be invited by a bridal couple to share and capture their special day.  I always endeavour to be non-conventional in my photography as well as in the graphical enhancement of my photographs.  The essence, as always, is to enhance a picture to its ultimate.  Click on the picture to the left and view some of my wedding photography with and without enhancements 
  
Make-up Workshops - Teenagers/Scholars 
I have identified a need to teach teenagers the importance of a skin care routine, the art of make-up for day or evening wear, to know what colours suit them as well as their face, cheek, eye & lip shapes.  I combined this with a portfolio shoot with day wear and evening wear outfits in order for them to see for themselves how they have transformed themselves.  Hereby equipping them with all the information necessary to always look their best, and thereby boosting their self-worth and confidence. These hands-on workshops take place over two full days, during the school holidays. 

Make-up Workshops - Adults  
Very shortly after I started the Teenage Workshops, the moms were enquiring as to whether I had something similar for them. A full days Ladies Beauty Workshop consists of reinforcing the importance of a skin care routine, teaching the art of make-up for day or evening wear, to know what colours suit them as well as their face, cheek, eye & lip shapes.  Again, I combined this with a portfolio shoot with day wear and evening wear outfits in order for them to see for themselves how they have transformed themselves. 

Portraits & Portfolio Shoots
This is how I started my photography career and still love it.  Everyone is different and its always a challenge to look for the perfect contours in everyone.  Family portraits and some of the portfolio shoots, although done in a studio, are normally very fun-filled.  I do also photograph portfolio shoots on location, weather depending.  Often very candid shots are captured during this moments.

Coffee Table Photobooks & Albums
With having to present a bridal couple their photographs in an album and in my endeavors' to do something different, I came across Creative Memories, which essentially markets album making with speed tools and have aligned myself with this company as a Consultant.  These products have provided me with the tools to create really different and awesome albums.  One of the choices of my photography packages is to receive an album with a form of scrap booking.  Click on the photo to the left which will take you to the gallery of various pages that have been tastefully scrap booked. 
  
Photography - Nude Artwork  
So often the end result uplifts the spirits of the model as I aspire to work with people who need and want to create a legacy of themselves for their lifetime.  I have been honored to work with someone who has had breast cancer and augmentation of a breast and it was such a challenge to create for her, a work of art like none before, that she can always look at those pictures and know that although she was at an emotional all-time low, with my graphical enhancement of the photographs taken, she could never be more beautiful.  Click the photo to the right to view some of the pictures of this particular model.  
  
Women are seldom more beautiful, than when they are pregnant and I have again been very privileged to work with women who loved their bodies and that which was growing in them and allowed me to capture this pre-birth through my eyes.  
  
Other models thus far have been women who are beautifully voluptuous, or a body scarred from giving birth or just wanting to encapsulate their own essence and even a 62 year old lady who was very comfortable with herself.
