The Pro Cantare Choir, which is based in the Roodepoort/ Fairland area. Their aim is to reach audiences with a variety of tastes for music. The choir’s repertoire varies from folk songs to negro spirituals, light classical to operetta pieces – and, of course, well-loved opera choruses won’t be overlooked.
An invitation has been extended to prospective members to audition for this exciting new choir.

The Pro Cantare Choir is a fast-growing choir based in Fairland on the West Rand. The choir is lead by renowned baritone Hans van Heerden who is assisted by well-known accompanist Daniela Pretorius.
