An introduction to myself and the workshops I facilitate. My website, www.afullcircle.org, fully describes all the workshops I facilitate and incorporates a brief biography of myself. I would like to introduce to you the Effective Speaking and Conflict Management workshops that combine Relationships in the Work Environment, which I facilitate. These workshops are very interactive and the learning is experiential, thus the training lasts. There are no workshops in South Africa that will lend this scope of intense training, yet it is very simplified. The content is based on four agreements that the participants make with themselves, namely: · Be impeccable with your word · Don’t take anything personally · Don’t make assumptions · Always do your best. These are the key values of the workshops and we build the two-day and three-day workshops around it, respectively. These fundamental operating principles are the basis of all my workshops; therefore the participants can draw a parallel line through all the workshops. The participants not only gain the ability to be more confidant speakers and presenters, they also learn something about themselves and that is what makes these workshops very valuable to all people and those they are in contact with. The Conflict Management and Relationships in the Work Environment workshops will teach the participants how to enter into a conversation/meeting where there is anger and conflict, enabling them to defuse the anger and conflict situation almost immediately. It will teach them how to eradicate conflict before it even starts. The basis of conflict is very simple as is the basis of relationships within the work place; this will flow over into the way people then act at home. This becomes a win-win situation. All the talks and role playing are video recorded and used as a tool to watch and improve upon. Each participant receives a copy of their video to take home. Each participant that completes the workshop is issued with a certificate.
