i dont know how many times i called PUTCO manegement for help, it seems like they dont care about our complaints i travel by their bus from fairland smit street to naledi. whole of last a group of people had to walk from fairland to get buses at beyers naude just after 17:00, we called the driver named Jackey, bus to vilakazi he always tells us he doent have a bus. i think putco is using people rich themselves i dont know how many times we call to complaine mr siza and mabaso always took our numbers promiess to deal with the matter its such a mission to get hold of thier maneger sam mtarini. calling for its just a waist of time and airtime as well, so please sam if you get this kindly return my call i left my number to helen. Bus driver no 9411 - 7 o clock bus from Emndeni terminus to Fourways express via Naledi. I dint know the driver's name but I just want to let you know that his ATTITUDE STINKS. He is giving commuters a dirty look if you are not regular passenger. And we have got every right to catch any bus you want to as long as your tag allows you to. I am in the East rand working at Woodmead, so I take a bus to Limbro Park.There's only two(2) buses which are very old and if the driver is not there we have to make other means of transport. I think Putco is too relaxed when it to our side coz they know that dont have compatition. From : Ncumisa
i am very disapointed in PUTCO your customer service sucks big time and you don't care about your commuters and they do play a very importan roll in your business and which you don't give a danm. for example your drivers are full of shit they don't give a thing for us passangers. then there is your driver by the name of ALI bus 02 Dobsinville to Randburg he just needs to take his pention because,when ever he is around iether the bus does not come in the morning or he does not pitch.then comes to last weeks incidant especially MANAGMENT you are very quick to put up notices in the buses to inform commuters when the fees is going up, but not quick to let us know if there are going to be no buses and the reason why.And we are left stranded to see how we get to work, this is nonsense. I don''t belive what PUTCO is doing to us black people if they say 42% it is owned by black people then why are we suffering so much.Last week the hole week I got home between 7:30 & 8:00 pm meanwhile I knock off at 4:30 & I work at Randburg & stay at Naledi Ext 2. In the mornings I have to catch a taxi to Chiawelo all the time because our bus are either late or not coming please attend to this matter very urgently. We do love using Putco because u catch one bus to your destination if I have to use a taxi I will have to catch 3 taxis before I get to work. From : POGISO

I am so pist off with the driver for bus 7047 Vilakazi that passes at Diepkloof Engine Garage at about 5.20 in the afternoon. That driver has got a bad habit of always not pick us at that bus stop when we are connecting. He listen to passengers when they tell him not to stop because the quee is long. So now even the quee is not long and his bus is always not he just pass without stopping. I am not happy with this. This is unacceptable, most of pucto driver treat commuters as if they getting a free ride from Putco. This is actually utter bullshit service. From : Octavia Mtshali

We have a problem with the driver no.6121G afternoon.the driver is obstructed firstly by the lady that we think maybe it is his girlfriend that lady cannot sit down always no matter the sits are available or not.our lives are in danger one day the poppy sal dans,the busses are written in black and white that we mustnt talk to the driver when he is driving.please help they must use their own time not our own lives
secondly that driver has a bad attitude if he doesnt know you ,he will not allow you to get off where you are supposed to ,with a very rude attitude.we had to pass our bus stop and go back again and we are women and is at night anything can happen .please we want a bus to stop at "gas house "orlando west so that we can be closer like anyone else

I have been using PUTCO ever since i was in tertiary until now that i am working. I really disappointed at the service that we getting, its as if we riding the bus for free. I don't really like to complain but this time i have reached my peak. Our bus driver comes as he pleases and we end up using taxis maybe three times in a week but our tags are full of trips. Other drivers passes us on the way because they refuse to take us even when we lift our tags. Can management do something in inspecting the service that we get from PUTCO'S drivers. I'm tired of using taxis while i have a monthly tag, tired of being late at work and home, tired of impossible drivers and also tired of the overloaded bus. We need better service from PUTCO its not that we cant use other public transport, its just that we prefer PUTCO (thats being a loyal customer)

I feel that you have beening failing us as your customer especially this week and mostly in the afternoons when going back home.I stay in Protea Glen Ext 12 and use a bus to Protea Glen which is surpose to arrive at 17h05 but in most cases the driver will tell us when we call him that he does not have a bus and when we connect to go home the latest that a person will arrive home is at 19h30 if not the second bus will arrive at 18h30 while other place have buses with differnts of 20min max.i would appreciate if you could look in to this matter as soon as possible.
