Tjeka Training Matters (Pty) Ltd is an organsation with specific training and
entrepreneurial development focus in the building and civil engineering
construction industries.

Tjeka Training Matters (Pty) Ltd was formed by a group of training facilitators
with a total of 130 years of construction industry training experience. Previously
disadvantaged individuals (PDI’s) have 80% shareholding in the company
and 80% board of director representation.

Associate companies delivering focused services within the skills development
field. These companies supplement Tjeka Training Matters in rendering a
comprehensive training and development service to the clients.

Training is conducted through mobile units whereby accredited training is
conducted on the project as well as accredited institutionalised training in
both the building and civil construction industries
