These guys steal, stay away from doing buisness with NICO AND CONRAD< they lie and steal and have no clue about building,

Just to warn everybody who even considers using Sunshine Painters to stay away as far as possible. I was given a verbal quote of R1200 to water proof a section of my roof. I paid him in full the first Saterday he arrived. He did not have the material with him so I told him that I still have some water proving material, which he then used. The next week he phoned me and asked for another R700, I was stunned but thought rather to pay so he can do a good job seeing that it was raining constantly. The next Saturday he did not arrive and when I phoned he told me they had death in the family which I believed. The following Saterday again he did not arrive, he did not take my calls so I went to his house. His wife said he was catering for a wedding and that he told me that, which was a lie. I insisted that she get him on the line. I told him that I want my money back so I can get the roof fixed. He told me he does not have money to pay me back but he will come and finish the job. That Saterday he told me he needs more material and he borrowed R100 from me. The job is still not finished and now he claims I owe him money and that's why he's not finishing the job???
