Vision: To do the Will of our Father through unity in the Spirit walking as the redeemed of the Lord, doing only what we see our Father does, by following the footsteps of the Redeemer. THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE REDEEMER The way of the redeemer is the way of grace. Grace is the divine provision that God gives to His creation to enable that creation to fulfil its intended purpose: "For it is God which works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure" (Philippians. 2:13). The will of God is done only by the way of the Redeemer (Christ) The way of the Redeemer (Christ) is God doing His desire and His will in and through your life. Grace is supernatural enablement. It is Jesus manifesting Himself for you as opposed to you trying to live for Him. It is the way of the Redeemer (Christ), the power to live! The way of the Redeemer (Christ) is labour more than all human effort The way of the Redeemer (Christ) is the Spirit working mightily in the believer The way of the Redeemer (Christ) is the desire and the power of God's will The way of the Redeemer (Christ) is God actively working in the believer producing His will The way of the Redeemer (Christ) is the grace of God in action
Mission (How to achieve this): By God’s grace – 2 Corinthians 12:9 NKJV And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. We aim “… to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke” Isaiah 58:6 NIV to create a society that allows for God’s rule to come back and to walk in the blessings thereof. We aim to share our “food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter-- when we see the naked, to clothe him, and not to turn away from our own flesh and blood” Isaiah 58:7 NIV to reach the lost and lead them to a life of fulfilment in Christ. By doing this we trust that “our light will break forth like the dawn, and our healing will quickly appear; then our righteousness will go before us, and the glory of the LORD will be our rear guard. Then when we call, the LORD will answer; and when we cry for help, and He will say: Here am I”. Isaiah 58:8 NIV We aim to “… do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk, if we spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed”, Isaiah 58:9-10 NIV By doing this we trust that “then our light will rise in the darkness, and our night will become like the noonday.. The LORD will guide us always; he will satisfy our needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen our frame. We will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. The people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; they will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings”. Isaiah 58:10-12 NIV We aim to keep our “feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as” we “please on His holy day, we aim to call the Sabbath a delight and the LORD's holy day honourable. To honor it by not going our own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words”. Isaiah 58:13 NIV
Then we trust that “we will find joy in the LORD, and He will cause us to ride on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of our father Jacob." According to what was spoken by the mouth of the LORD.” Isaiah 58:8-14 NIV Values: Love-unconditionally – Matthew 22:37-39 NKJV Jesus said to him, 'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.'
