To date my television is still not fixed
I have heard many promises but no results
4 Times I asked them to check a specific fault
1st When I explained the problem to them
2nd Time they noted it on the Receipt of goods
3rd Time when they gave me a quote of R535.80
I accepted the quote and went to collect my television and before accepting the TV. I asked the 4th time if they fixed the problem – There answer was “yes” and I paid the R535.80 only to discover the problem was not fixed.
I returned the Television and have heard many promises but no results – “Spares coming Wednesday– Technician will call you –Television on test - No, spares coming on Tuesday” – But still no TV
