Dimension Television Facilities was established in 1997 by Hennie Reynders and Hannes Hattingh as a small Outside Broadcast Facility.

The idea was to create a totally independent one stop OB Facility for the local and international markets.  The decision was made to open offices in both Johannesburg and Cape Town so we could handle work throughout South Africa as well as the rest of the world.

With no personnel and hardly any equipment, but a lot of dedication and past experience, we moved into the market.  The aim was to initially do Corporate Business Broadcasts, small news events and spill over work from the other Outside Broadcast Facilities in the country and the Local Broadcasters.

Since 1997 Dimension TV has grown into a significant factor in the Outside TV Broadcasting world, with numerous local and international events to the companies credit in South Africa as well as abroad.
