International College of Bible and Missions began in January 2000 through the vision of Dr. Stewart Snook and others. The current Principal is Rev Frank Shayi, formerly a director with Scripture Union. The College exists to serve the need of training leaders for the Evangelical Churches of Southern Africa. It is provisionally registered with the Department of Education as a private higher education institution to offer qualifications as listed on Certificate No. 2005/HE08/001.  ICBM is also accredited with the Council of Higher Education (CHE).  We are a Section21 Company (2001/004872/08; Registered with the South African Revenue Services as a Section 18a Company.

The College offers a modular system of coursework which allows students great flexibility in how many and which modules to take at the beginning of any term. The completion of each module can build to the 48 module BA in Theology degree.

The College currently meets at the ICBM building in Roodepoort and has a fully functioning Library and Computer Centre. The vast majority of the current faculty have earned Masters Degrees and several have earned or are currently working toward their Doctoral Degrees.

How to Get to ICBM

 1) Directions from N1 Freeway to SIM·        Take Gordon Road from N1 Freeway·        Turn up Gordon Road towards Florida (i.e. right if coming from Randburg, left if coming from Soweto side)·        Travel approximately 1km up Gordon Road  & turn right into Ontdekkers Road ·        Travel approx. 6,9 kms on Ontdekkers & turn left into Mouton at the eighth traffic light / robot·        Mouton changes names as follows: Mouton -- Paul Kruger -- 4th Street -- Dumat·        After the second traffic light after crossing the railway line, take the right fork which runs into Mare Street 

2) Directions from Roodepoort Railway Station
·        Exit station on Town Side & travel as follows:·        Turn from Station Street right into Berlandina·        Turn left on Burger·        Turn right on Van Wyk·        Turn left on Pembroke·        Turn right on Mare
